Vic Mensa • There's A Lot Going On

After a couple weeks of teasing the new project, news surrounding Vic Mensa's mixtape There's A Lot Going On moved quickly since it's announcement on Tuesday. Posters began to pop up around Chicago Tuesday and Wednesday, and then today not only did Vic share the project's tracklist, but also dropped by Ebro's Beats 1 radio show to premiere his powerful new single "16 Shots". Tonight, the full project, which comes in at seven songs, arrived through Apple Music. Including Ty Dolla $ign as the lone feature, the tape sees Vic front and center addressing issues plaguing our city and country head on as well as reflecting on the highs and lows his life since releasing Innanetape in 2013.
