Positive messages can be hard to come by nowadays but Patt App is using his music to change that. I honestly didn’t know about the Indianapolis native until These Days introduced me to "Smooth Vibes" about a year ago, and since then, I’ve been seriously intrigued by his work. On his newest release, "Aim High", Pat pairs his intricate lyricism with a futuristic coffee shop instrumental called "Princess Peach" by Wize and ROM. The combination of the two gives us a dreamy landscape that’s both motivating and relaxing at the same time. Partially because of the calming vocal support from Dajanae Dye, this track is one that can suck you in and ease you into a daydream. To me, that’s a good thing. Accompanying the new music, Pat and friends get out of the midwest and hit the west coast for the single's Levi Turner directed video.

While I’ve not heard of any upcoming releases from Pat, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for more to come soon, but for now we'll settle for enjoying the video for "Aim High".
