Bucketfeet partners with Chicago-based Photographer Jason Peterson
Chicago-based shoe company Bucketfeet has partnered with 'master of black and white photography, Jason Peterson.' The Chicago-based photographer, who also has a massive Instagram following (@JasonMPeterson), is the focal point of Bucketfeet's first ever photography-inspired shoe collection. The styles are available; The Camera Bag, The Shot and The Lens. Peterson, is also President and Chief Creative Officer at marketing and advertising agency HAVAS Worldwide Chicago. Business Insider recently named Peterson as one of the '30 Most Creative People in Advertising 2016." Bucketfeet, co-founded by Raaja Nemani and Aaron Firestein, has a longstanding relationship with the global creative community featuring shoe collaborations with painters, designers, artisans and more. Bucketfeet has previously collaborated with Chicago artists and creatives like Probcause, NOPATTERN, UPENDO, Swopes, Audrey Keiffer, JC Rivera, Emmy Star Brown and Brandon Breaux. Bucketfeet has two 'retail studios' in Chicago; 1647 N. Damen (Wicker Park, Bucktown) and 108 N. State St. (Block 37 on State St.).
Materials across the 3 styles include ballistic nylon, nubuck leather and reflective detailing. Thematic inspiration came from urban commuting, urban landscapes and Peterson's own camera bag. All three styles of 'The Jason Peterson Collection' are available for purchase at Bucketfeet.com.
