Yesterday Appleby turned twenty-five and today he celebrated the birthday with a song titled, appropriately, "25". Once again, the single finds him alongside frequent collaborator Elias Abid who handles production duties on this one, a celebration of the journey we call life.

On his Instagram yesterday, Appleby posted a heartfelt message looking back over his last year. Reflecting on lessons learned at 24, the faceless soul crooner talked of finding his sound at long last, writing: "I am so grateful to have met life long homies this past year and shared my music personally with new friends overseas. Amongst many other positive things to have happened... I HAVE FOUND MY SOUND!! Can't wait to share it with you guys via my next project T.K.A.G." It appears we may have also gotten an early peek at the title of his next project as well. While there's certainly much more in store for Appleby in the near future, for now you can toast to victories won with the latest single from one of our favorites on the rise.
