Union Park will host the ninth addition of Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival, held August 31st through September 2nd. This year’s festival includes stellar Chicago acts such as Monte Booker, Kami, Juice Wrld, (and more). Notable headliners at North Coast will be Miguel and electronic duo AXWELL ^ INGROSSO (both Friday), DJ SNAKE (Saturday), and British pop-funk band Jamiriquai (Sunday). Additional artists to catch throughout the festival include Mura Masa, DVSN, Lil Skies, Yellow Claw, Jacob Banks, and more.

New this year, North Coast will debut their daily takeover/showcase portion of the festival, which features Aux Cord DJ’s, Lyrical Lemonade, and Chicago’s Most Wanted. For this portion of the festival, Friday kicks off with Aux Cord DJ’s presenting DJ sets from The Cool Kids, Vic Lloyd, Babes Only, Marty Mars, Pachanga, DJ King Marie, KAINA and Sen Morimoto, and Esquire, and a live set from Iris Temple. Saturday, Lyrical Lemonade takeover includes performances from Qari, MadeInTyo, Warhol.$$, Comethazine, Lil Gnar, Duffle Bag Buru, $teve Cannon, Landon Cube, Sundae, Mulatto, Ronsocold, and Cousin Stizz. Wrapping up the festival Sunday, Chicago’s Most Wanted calls artists to battlegrounds: Pron and Chicken vs. Fac3d, Bentley Dean vs. Steve Garard, Ron Carroll vs. Diz, Gettoblaster vs. Jerome Baker, Apollo Xo vs. DJ Simone, RJ Pickens vs. Phil Rizzo, LWKY, and a reunion set from Midnight Conspiracy.
